The Master’s degree in Biophysicochemistry will provide in-depth and interdisciplinary training in biochemistry, physical chemistry, and in high-level physicochemical studies and analysis methods. The binational Master’s degree in ‘Biochemistry and Biophysics – Biological Variant Biophysicochemistry’ is aimed at students interested in a course that meets the needs of research and industry in the field of biosciences. It is therefore ideally placed in the Upper Rhine region, which has one of the highest concentrations of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries in Europe, as well as a very high density of public research laboratories working in these fields.

This course is intended for students holding a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, physical chemistry and related disciplines, as well as the Bachelor Regio Chimica (Binational Degree between Freiburg and Mulhouse). Engineers are also invited to apply.
