This trinational bilingual course in the sciences of Antiquity is offered in collaboration by the University of Basel, the University of Freiburg, the University of Haute-Alsace and the University of Strasbourg and incorporates all the courses in Classical & Ancient Studies offered by these universities. It is aimed at students who have a very high level of the German and French language.

The course offers two specialised subjects: Archeology (Archeology of the ancient worlds, which also includes the study of ancient and medieval civilizations, modern languages and ancient languages or Territorial archeology: chrono-cultural areas of the Mediterranean basin and middle Europe), and Ancient History (Greek and Roman).

Students taking this Master’s degree must attain 30 ECTS credits at a partner university. Some courses are organised for all students in the course.
